FAQ

ask us

Strategic planning is a process that brings our community together to define priorities, set goals, and chart a clear direction for the future. For NBGI, it means making sure our mission, resources, and partnerships are aligned to achieve lasting success for people, land, and wildlife.

You can share your perspective through the Strategic Planning Survey. Every response helps leadership make smarter, more grounded decisions and ensures that your voice is part of the conversation.

Please contact your track leader to provide additional input.

Your input will be compiled, reviewed, and shared with the NBGI Steering Committee and the Foundation Board. It will directly shape the priorities and strategies in the final plan, ensuring the outcome reflects the collective wisdom of our community.

The strategic plan will serve as a roadmap for the Initiative, guiding decisions, resource allocation, and program development.

The planning process is currently underway. After gathering feedback, leadership will draft and refine the plan with input from partners, aiming for final adoption by summer 2026.

Your perspective matters. The more voices we hear, the stronger and more representative the plan will be. By contributing your ideas, you’re helping to shape the future of bobwhite and grassland conservation.
