Florida Upland Ecosystem Restoration Report
Begun in 2006, the Upland Ecosystem Restoration Project (UERP) was developed to prioritize, design, fund, and implement on-the-ground management to maximize the conservation benefit of upland ecosystems on public lands in Florida. This project seeks to coordinate existing conservation efforts, assist agencies with evaluation of potential restoration sites statewide, planning and implementing restoration actions, and improve management of priority upland ecosystems outlined in Florida’s Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy (CWCS). As set forth in Florida’s State Wildlife Grants Report and Manuscript Guidelines this report contains details about the work completed on the project during the dates specified.
