It takes just a few minutes to secure your spot.
Registration includes access to all sessions, working groups, networking opportunities, and meeting materials, along with select meals.
Rooms are available at the government rate of $110 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes.
- Rooms within the group block are limited, and we encourage early booking to ensure availability at the contracted rate.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s rate, fees, and taxes is required at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours before arrival.
- A limited number of cabins are available through the lodge but are not part of the reserved room block. If you are interested, please inquire directly with the lodge when making your reservation.
Guests should call 1-800-AT-A-PARK (800-282-7275) and reference the NBGI room block.
Both Columbus and Cincinnati provide access to Shawnee Lodge and are similar in distance. If you are booking travel now, Columbus may be the most straightforward option to consider.
Shuttle service is available for attendees traveling through John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). But remember, shuttle seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Request shuttle service here.
