“Florida is one of the lead states in a 25-state coalition of wildlife agencies and their partners launching an all-out effort to restore bobwhite quail populations here and around the country.
“The National Bobwhite Conservation Initiative (NBCI) program has issued a new situation assessment of the bobwhite and is calling for decisive action.
