The National Bobwhite Technical Committee formally requested this week that the USDA Farm Service Agency amend its CP33 policy to allow center pivot ‘corners’ to be eligible for enrollment on their own merits (i.e., without a connecting perimeter buffer) in the CP33 Habitat Buffers for Upland Birds practice.
