SE Farm Press Highlights Native Grasses for Forage Improvements

One of NBCI’s major objectives is to get native grasses integrated into the existing pasture grazing systems of introduced, aggressive grass species for the benefit of wildlife, including quail, livestock and producers. The Southeast Farm Press captures the argument in “Native grasses can improve year-round forage production: Consider them when addressing drought-damaged pastures.”
